Customer-specific assortment and error reduction
Van Duijnen Koffie sells products that are specifically tailored to the coffee machines of its customers. It was essential that customers in the B2B webshop only see the products relevant to their specific machines. Through the SAP integration with Magento via Conneqt, customer-specific assortments are automatically synchronized. When a customer logs in, they only see the products intended for them. This has led to a significant reduction in incorrect orders and faster, more efficient order processing.
Automated processing of surcharges and order statuses
In addition to synchronizing customer data and assortments, the integration ensures that waste surcharges, such as waste and SUP surcharges, are carried with each item to SAP. This enables automatic handling of these costs at the order level. Moreover, orders are only synchronized to SAP when they have reached a certain status, such as ‘On account’ for deferred payments or after successful payment via a Payment Service Provider. These settings are configurable per customer in the ERP system, ensuring flexibility and accuracy in the order process.

Thanks to the integration, Van Duijnen Koffie processes dozens of orders daily with less personnel involvement.
