Who are we?
Conneqt B.V. is a Dutch technology company that helps businesses integrate their systems, such as ERP, PIM, e-commerce, or WMS software. We do this through our own integration platform and additional services, such as onboarding and consultancy. What data do we collect and why?
When you work with us or contact us, we collect various types of data. Think of your name, email address, phone number, position, and company name. This happens when you request a quote, become a customer, use a connector, or sign up for a newsletter, demo, or event.
If you actually use the Conneqt platform, we also process technical data such as your IP address, login credentials (encrypted), API tokens, integration data, and metadata about connected systems. This data is essential to ensure that your connections function safely, stably, and correctly.
We use your data to:
perform our services well;
manage and optimize integrations;
inform you about updates or releases;
handle your support requests;
comply with legal obligations (such as accounting or data security).
Automated decisions and AI
Our platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to help you set up connections faster and smarter. Think of automatic field mappings or error detection in log files. These decisions are never completely made automatically without human intervention. There is always the possibility of control.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not share your data with others lightly. Only when necessary for the execution of our services, we engage trusted partners – for example, for hosting, email sending, or monitoring. We have established processor agreements with all these parties. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary. Contractual data is retained for up to two years after the termination of the collaboration. Data for billing and administration is kept for seven years, as legally required. If you unsubscribe from a newsletter or demo, we will delete your data immediately or anonymize it.

On conneqt.io, we use functional and analytical cookies to ensure the website works properly and to better understand how visitors use our site. We only place marketing cookies if you give your consent.
