# Pathé orders coffee supplies faster via Conneqt OCI integration

[Pathé cinemas](https://www.pathe.nl/nl) can now independently, quickly, and accurately order their coffee supplies thanks to a seamless OCI Punchout integration between Coffee Fresh and their procurement system Visma Spendcloud. In [collaboration with Epartment E-commerce](https://www.epartment.nl/) and Conneqt, a smart connection has been realized that secured both the tender of [Coffee Fresh](https://www.coffeefresh.nl/) and greatly improved the ordering capabilities for Pathé.

### The challenge: meeting tender requirements and process optimization

Coffee Fresh wanted to become the preferred supplier for Pathé Cinemas. An important requirement from Pathé was that their employees could independently order through their own procurement system (Visma Spendcloud) at each location. It was important that each location could only see its specific assortment, tailored to the available coffee machines. Orders needed to be placed faster, more accurately, and without the involvement of email traffic or phone calls.

### The solution: custom OCI Punchout and order processing

Conneqt realized an advanced OCI Punchout Level 2 connection, expanded with specific custom functionalities for Pathé. In addition to the standard ordering process, extra procurement data was provided to Visma Spendcloud, tailored to Pathé's wishes. Epartment E-commerce supported this by preparing the Coffee Fresh Magento webshop for the installation of the necessary extension modules. Furthermore, within the Conneqt platform, the order XML file delivered by Spendcloud via FTP is automatically processed towards the custom ERP system Binatic of Coffeefresh.

### The impact: higher customer satisfaction and won tender

Thanks to the solution, employees of all Pathé locations can now quickly and independently order, with a fully accurate and location-specific assortment. Coffee Fresh now only receives completely correct orders that can be processed directly and are often delivered the next day. This resulted in a much faster turnaround time, higher customer satisfaction at Pathé, and successfully winning the tender for Coffee Fresh.
