# OCS recreation digitizes wholesale with smart integrations

OCS recreation, wholesale in caravan and camper parts, was ready for the next step. Outdated systems slowed their growth and were not equipped to handle the seasonal peaks in the industry. Thanks to Conneqt, the company now has a powerful, real-time integrated platform that allows them to operate more accurately, quickly, and customer-oriented.

### **Challenge: outdated systems and seasonal pressure**

As a seasonal wholesaler, up-to-date stock and price information is crucial for OCS recreation. Yet, their old webshop relied on manual updates, causing customer service to receive daily inquiries about inconsistent prices and out-of-stock products. Entering new products was cumbersome, and rounding differences in orders were a daily occurrence. This inefficiency hindered further growth and customer satisfaction.

### **Solution: real-time integration between all core systems**

In collaboration with [Epartment](https://www.epartment.nl/), responsible for the e-commerce platform, Conneqt realized a future-proof integration between Microsoft Navision (ERP), Magento Open Source (e-commerce), Akeneo Community Edition (PIM), and a separate inventory application.

All systems are now synchronized every minute via the Conneqt integration platform. This means: always up-to-date stock levels, consistent product data, and accurate prices—both internally and towards customers. Thanks to these smart data flows, errors are a thing of the past and processes are streamlined.
